Ray has extensive experience representing clients in high-stakes intellectual property, commercial, and regulatory litigation.
Ray advises institutional and individual clients in a wide range of complex intellectual property, commercial, and regulatory disputes. He has particular experience representing clients in matters relating to the alleged misuse or misappropriation of confidential information, including federal litigation raising claims of market manipulation and fraud in the semiconductor, telecommunications, energy, and manufacturing sectors. His practice encompasses civil, regulatory, and criminal proceedings.In addition to his litigation experience, Ray has conducted internal investigations and compliance reviews for domestic and international clients, and has been responsible for reporting his findings to senior management and boards of directors at Fortune 500 companies. He has also advised clients on potential regulatory exposure arising from business combinations and other corporate transactions.
Before joining Gish PLLC, Ray served as a senior associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
